Depression, stress and anxiety counselling for individuals and couples

All of our counsellors are experienced in counselling clients suffering with depression, stress or anxiety and offer relationship advice to couples.

Specialist areas

As experienced relationship counsellors, we have all undergone specialist training for this.  As well as offering counselling for depression, stress and anxiety, we work with abuse, addictions, anger, bereavement, compulsive behaviour, confidence, eating disorders, loss, phobias, relationships, self-esteem, self-harm,sexuality, smoking cessation and trauma.


Approaches

Between us we offer a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including: Cognitive Behavioural, Gestalt, Humanistic, Integrative, Psychosynthesis and Sophrology therapies.

Languages
